Multi-award winning Heilala Vanilla Paste combines vanilla extract with vanilla seeds to match the full flavour of a real vanilla bean. An equal amount of vanilla paste can be used to replace vanilla essence or extract. One teaspoon of Heilala Vanilla Paste is equivalent to one vanilla bean. Half a teaspoon of Heilala Vanilla Double Fold Paste is equivalent to one vanilla bean.

Hand-selected Heilala Vanilla beans are used in a unique cold extraction, slow percolation method over 3 months to gently draw out and preserve the delicate aromatics and produce a sweet, creamy and complex vanilla extract. No sugar, chemicals, synthetic or imitation flavours are added to this pure vanilla extract. One teaspoon of Heilala Vanilla Extract is equivalent to one vanilla bean. Half a teaspoon of Heilala Vanilla Double Fold Extract is equivalent to one vanilla bean.

Heilala Vanilla beans are dried down to zero percent humidity and ground into a fine powder where two grams is equivalent to one vanilla bean in terms of flavour. This product is perfect in applications where liquid is an issue or in final products that are Kosher and or Halal. Two grams of premium Vanilla Powder is equal to one Heilala Vanilla Bean.

Heilala Commercial Vanilla Powder 

Commercial vanilla powder has been developed specifically for food manufacturing applications. Vanilla beans are dried and ground after the first extraction wash has taken place. The flavour and aroma is not as intense as the premium powder but has a lower price point. This product is best suited to commercial applications requiring vanilla in a dry form, with the visual appearance of seed.
