    We aim to deliver Australian orders within 5-7 business days. However, once your order is collected by the courier, delivery times are outside of our control. During busy periods (like the holiday season), please allow extra time for delivery. Couriers work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience and support.

    Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.


    When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

    If a product is temporarily unavailable, we’ll notify you. You can choose to cancel your order, and we will provide a full refund for the unavailable item(s).

    Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather events, or seasonal demand). We’ll always do our best to keep you informed if delays occur.
