    How To Use

    Vanilla Powder
    Use ½ teaspoon per recipe. For best flavour, mix into wet batters and allow to rest for 10–15 minutes so the vanilla can fully rehydrate and bloom.

    Vanilla Beans
    Split the bean lengthways and use the back of a knife to scrape out the seeds. Add directly to cream, frosting, custards, poached fruit, or anywhere you want pure, aromatic vanilla.

    Vanilla Paste
    Use 1 teaspoon in any recipe calling for vanilla. Ideal when you want rich flavour and visible vanilla seeds with minimal effort.

    Alcohol-Free Vanilla Extract with Seeds
